We understand that plans can change, and we aim to be as accommodating as possible. Please review our guidelines for cancellations and rescheduling to avoid any fees. Be sure to contact us for your scheduling needs!

Cancellation
We understand that plans can change unexpectedly. If you need to cancel your cleaning appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a fee.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment will incur a 10% cancellation fee. If we need to cancel with less than 24 hours' notice, a 13% fee will be deducted. Applied at your next appointment.
Rescheduling
We understand that plans can change unexpectedly. If you need to reschedule your cleaning appointment, please do so at least 72 hours in advance to avoid a fee.​
To ensure we can accommodate all our clients effectively, please reschedule your appointment at least 72 hours in advance. This notice allows us to adjust our schedule and serve you and other clients more efficiently. Failure to do so may result in cancellation without accommodations.

Tardiness
We understand that plans can change unexpectedly. If you need to cancel your cleaning appointment, please do so at least 1 hour in advance to avoid a fee.

If you won’t be home during our visit, please provide access instructions at least an hour before your appointment. Failure to do so may result in cancellation and a fee applied to your next booking. If we are more than 30 minutes late, a deduction will be applied to your current appointment.
